For 17 years now the artists Heino
Goeb and Peter Limpinsel have dedicated themselves to different aspects
of the same topic, which has become their trademark: existence and transitoriness,
memory and time - coming to terms and getting along with what one is and
where one is.
Their two different temperaments
and points of view enrich one another in the insistent attempt to find a
limitation to the unlimited. No matter how broad a frame of action they
choose, no matter how diverse the media - the two encircle their topic with
untiring doggedness. The essentially different, as opposed to the banally
different, becomes obvious in the course of the different projects about
the same topic.
In addition to the exhibition "Verschiedenes.
Und zwar im weitesten Sinne (VII)" the Kunstvereinsheim will also present
the concert "Singalong Songs", played by Heino Goeb and Erich Bornemann.
Erich Bornemann, born in 1960,
completed an apprenticeship as a butcher shop sales assistant. He lives
and works in Detmold.
Heino Goeb, born in 1952, studied
art at the Gesamthochschule Kassel. He lives and works in Berlin.
Peter Limpinsel, born in 1960,
studied art at the Gesamthochschule Kassel. He lives and works in Berlin
and Gifhorn.
